Weekly Group Classes

  • Pilates Mat

    Mondays @ 19:00

    This class moves at a slow, controlled pace, allowing time to focus on proper technique, breath, and alignment. It’s the perfect opportunity to focus on your mind-body connection and focus on your foundation.

  • Reformer + Mat

    Tuesdays @ 17:45 and 19:00

    Wednesdays @ 10:30 and 12:00

    Saturdays @ 10:30 and 12:30 (every other week)

    This is combo class gives you the best of both worlds by combining mat and reformer. Every class is a dynamic flow where movements are built up from foundational layers into more advanced movements.

  • Pilates Flow

    Wednesdays @ 17:00

    This high-energy, dynamic class flows to the beat of the music. Every 6-weeks, I create a new sequence and new playlist, allowing you to see real results in strength, balance, and mobility through repetition and consistency!

    This 6-week post-natal mat course is the perfect weekly outing for you and for your little one! Each 45-minute session will focus on gentle movements to rebuild connection, confidence, and strength.
